We do have plans
to introduce a live stock system to this site in the future,
but until that time the following holds true as to availability
of items on this website.
At present, we hold some £20,000 worth of items
in stock (please note, this is at trade rates - not RRP),
with a focus on the popular and fast moving ranges. In
most cases, that means we have as close to 100% stock
availability - on lines like Confrontation, Warmachine,
Hordes, AT43, Rezolution DT, Urban War etc - as is possible.
We presently deal with three distributors in the UK as
well as buying direct from certain manufacturers with
orders for new releases and restocks being placed on a
weekly basis. What does this mean in practice? Well, because
we are constantly monitoring, maintaining and replenishing
our stock levels, you can be happy in the knowledge that
we're not simply promoting items we don't actually hold
on the shelf - or otherwise have speedy access to.
On your email invoice, if an item is out of stock, we'll
tell you. Where possible, we'll give you a due date for
availability, and offer you the chance to backorder it
as part of your purchases - or to be notified when the
item is back on the shelf. That said, lead times depend
on availability from distributors / manufacturers, but
we will check with them before quoting a timescale.
In those instances where a particular item is out of stock,
this is generally down to lack of availability with the
distributor - sometimes even due to the manufacturer having
suspended production of a particular item in 'busy periods'.
Generally, if we can't get hold of something it's actually
not there to be had!
