Every time you make an order, you will be assigned Loyalty
Points based on the value of the products you buy. You can find out how many loyalty points you're accrued by sending an email - we'll send you the total and a voucher code you can use to redeem them against.

orders - all you need to do is to advise us in the field
labelled 'Special Instructions' on our Basket page
how many points you wish to 'spend' against your order,
and we'll refund that amount to your Paypal account after receipt of payment.
Over a three month period, customer A has bought £120.00
worth of goods with us. This equates to 240 Points, or
240 pence. On their next order, customer A buys £10.00
of goods, and decides to redeem all their Points. The
£10.00 order value is reduced by £2.40 (240
pence) resulting in a payable total of £7.60

keep you up to date with how many you have available -
all you need to do is shop with us to collect Points and
let us know when you'd like to redeem them against an
order.
