Placing an order couldn't be easier - just click the grey 'Add To Basket' icon that appears with each product. This will place 1 of your chosen items into our shopping basket system. Once you've finished adding items to your basket, either click the 'Basket' or 'View Your Basket' link in the header navigation bar, or the 'View Basket' icon that appears with each product. You can review your order there, choose your postage option, and proceed to checkout.
We use the Paypal system to process our online payments, which means you can either send your payment from your Paypal Account funds, OR pay using your credit card as you would on any ecommerce site. You do not need a Paypal account to send payment. All payments should be made in £ Sterling.
Alternatively (and providing you're a UK customer) we accept cheques or postal orders in £ Sterling. Please see the Basket page for links that provide payment instructions.
Paypal is an industry leading payment processor, utilising the latest online security to prevent fraud etc. We NEVER see your credit card or banking information, and do not hold any such information against your order.
All prices on this site include VAT at the current UK rate of 15%, and this is payable by all UK and EU customers.
Once we've received your payment, you'll get an email confirming this via Paypal. If there are any problems with your order, you'll be notified by us prior to despatch. In most cases, this will be down an item being out of stock:
Although the status of products shown on this site is updated daily (products showing as backorder are unavailable), sometimes omissions can creep in. If this is the case, your payment will be refunded within 5 working days. Your miniatures will be despatched as per the scheduling as detailed on our delivery page.
All the products we sell are covered by their respective manufacturers warranty. In the event an item does not meet your expectation, it's best to contact the manufacturer directly, particularly in relation to missing parts - all our products are unopened at the point of despatch.
Please note that your decision to provide payment for goods ordered via this site (by any of the means shown) is taken as confirmation that you have familiarised yourself with and accept the information we provide about delivery, returns, and our conditions. Unless otherwise stated, miniatures shown on this website are supplied unpainted and may require assembly.
