All orders from
customers in the UK (including Northern Ireland and the
Channel Islands) are eligible for free postage. Customers
in the UK can opt for Special Delivery if they want the
peace of mind of added insurance. Orders from overseas
customers (including Eire) are subject to a flat charge
regardless of order size. Details on our delivery options
are as below...
Free Postage
Basic shipping of any order to UK customers is free of
charge, with delivery being handled by the Royal Mail
using 2nd Class post or the Standard Parcels service.
Items are normally sent within 3 working days of payment
being cleared to our account. Please note that you should
allow up to 18 working days for your items to arrive after
payment for your order has been received - this takes
into account our maximum handling period and includes
the Royal Mail's maximum quoted delivery schedule. In
many cases deliveries will arrive much more quickly, but
postal schedules are such that we cannot make Royal Mail
assume responsibility to consider a parcel 'lost' until
their quoted 'window of delivery' period has elapsed.
Special Delivery
Special Delivery is available for a surcharge of £5.95.
This option means your item is trackable through the postal
system from despatch to delivery, and is insured to a
value of £500.00. A signature will be required on
delivery - if no-one is available to sign, your postman
should leave you a 'Tried to deliver' message with details
on how to collect your parcel. Please note that this option
is included for peace of mind that your order is insured
and fully traceable, and is not
a guarantee of Next Day delivery.
Unfortunately, we no longer send items via Recorded Delivery
following an increasing number of instances where parcels
were left without signatures being collected.
Deliveries to overseas
addresses (including Eire):
A standard fee of £4.95 applies to any overseas
order, with items being sent by Standard Airmail. International
Signed For airmail is available at a charge of £8.95
per order. EU customers should allow 18 working days for
delivery, Worldwide orders up to 31 days.
We will always inform you if any item on your order is
out of stock prior to your transaction being processed.
You may choose to remove the item from your order, or
place it on back order with us until restocks arrive.
No additional postage charge is made for this service.
