Prices vary according to the miniatures required, but as
a guide, single figures start at £44.95. Average price tends to be £50, altho highly detailed and pernickity sculpts may be more.

Mounted figures start at £79.95, and similar guidelines as above apply.

Monsters / large scale figures... well, it depends!

One thing any potential customer should be aware of is that to have your minis painted to the standard we offer is not a cheap option. We don't paint anything unless it's to a finish that we consider worthy for display purposes, and we're not really into bulk orders... if this sound offputting, it's not meant to be - just be prepared!

What you will end up with is a finished figure to be proud of. We've never won an award (only cause we haven't entered a competition ;-) ) but we have a list of VERY satisfied customers. We list regularly on Ebay, so check on our feedback there, and for those of you who know of CoolMiniOrNot, we tend to rank in the top 20% of submitters - and we're getting higher in the rankings all the time.

Some general info:
Prices shown are intended as a guide only. Minis that have greater amounts of detail will naturally be charged at a higher rate, whereas a bulk order of 'troop type' figures would be slightly discounted. It's difficult to provide costs that cover every eventuality, therefore prices are quoted on a job by job basis.

Miniature Costs:
Prices quoted do not include the actual price of the miniature - we're assuming you will supply the figures you require. If you'd prefer us to purchase them, this will be an additional charge, added at cost.

Postage and Packing:
P&P charges will also be added. This is generally £2.00 for a single figure, sent via 1st class Recorded Delivery. Additional figures increase postage charges by approx £0.75p per figure. All items are securely packaged and enclosed in a sturdy padded envelope for protection. Postage costs shown apply to UK customers only. Overseas post will be charged at cost (generally £5.00 to Europe, £6.00 to USA).

Paying for your item:
Payment must be made in full before your item is despatched. Commissioned items should be paid for in advance. We accept payment from UK customers via Paypal (preferred), personal cheque or postal orders. Overseas customers must pay via Paypal only.

Refunds:
You will always see images of your item before it is despatched. On this basis, refunds are only made if the item is lost or damaged in transit, and will be actioned through the Royal Mail's reimbursement procedure - please note this is not an instant process! We ship all items using Insurance, and every package can be tracked via the web to confirm despatch and delivery.
